Job summary

OPEN Health is seeking a Meeting Planner to support standard to moderately complex meetings and congresses. You will own logistics, vendor coordination, attendee management, and day-to-day client interactions.

You will partner with Senior Planners on large programs, manage registration sites and communications, and ensure events run smoothly from planning through execution while supporting compliance and on-site processes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years planning experience; Cvent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Client point of contact for all project vendors
• Plan and execute meetings with oversight as needed
• Build Cvent registration sites, emails, and basic reports
• Manage attendees, room blocks, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage Audio Visual
• Manage Food and Beverage; Menu design, BEOs, monitoring budget and compliance requirements
• Assist in scheduling Executive Encounters
• May be expected to lead client calls with project updates such as timelines, budgets, etc
• Support pharma compliance documentation and on‑site processes.
