Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum of one year sales experience in a similar operation.
• Prior experience within a four-star hotel brand preferred.
• Degree in hospitality management preferred.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, negotiate, and confirm new and repeat business to maximize revenues and meet goals.
• Plan, upsell, and coordinate function details (space, times, equipment, menus, billing).
• Prepare and execute contracts, event orders, and group resumes for quality delivery.
• Create and distribute effective internal and external communications.
• Develop and implement creative sales strategies using market trends and client data.
• Maintain relationships with key corporate, business, and travel accounts.
• Maintain accurate records in established sales systems; attend training and industry events.
• Interact with guests and professional contacts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
