Responsibilities

• Provides oversight and leadership for Brain and Spine, Hospital Medicine, Sleep Medicine and Critical Care service areas.
• Establishes and ensures achievement of the organization's strategic objectives; leads strategic efforts for the service line(s).
• Provides operational support as well as fiscal data for Service Line Physicians, APPs, Operation Administrators, Practice Managers and the Medical Group Executive Team.
• Collaborates with Service Line Medical Directors to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Leads and participates in Process Improvement activities including policy and procedure development for guiding and supporting the services.
• Serves as Medical Group Operations representative for Kettering Health initiatives.
