Kettering Health is seeking a Director of Finance in Hamilton, OH to provide strategic financial leadership for the hospital. You will oversee close, reporting, budgeting, capital planning, and accuracy of financial statements, partnering with system finance and decision support to drive margin improvement and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a CPA (preferred), a master's degree, and at least five years in senior finance roles within healthcare, with strong communication and leadership

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or Master in Leadership) required.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressive experience with leadership responsibilities.
• At least three years in healthcare finance; prior director experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex financial concepts to executives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial close, reporting and analysis processes for the hospital.
• Collaborate with system finance and decision support to explain revenue and expenses.
• Monitor labor productivity and budgeting; manage capital planning and compliance.
• Develop operating budgets with department leaders and senior management.
• Chair Capital Due Diligence and oversee capital project tracking.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to Financial Analysts and Finance Managers.
• Prepare executive-level presentations for the Hospital CFO and leadership.
