Job summary

Prescott’s, Inc. is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to own total company purchasing across medical equipment service, repair, and refurbishment operations.

You will lead a procurement function that supports depot and field teams, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost savings while ensuring regulatory compliance and continuity of supply. The role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, experience with ISO 13485 and FDA regulations, and the ability to balance cost

Responsibilities

• Own total company procurement spend across direct and indirect categories.
• Develop and execute category strategies to reduce total cost of ownership.
• Build annual procurement plan and savings pipeline; report savings and supplier performance.
• Set stocking strategy and manage obsolescence for service parts across depot and field service.
• Lead RFI, RFQ, and RFP events; negotiate terms and long-term supply agreements.
• Maintain supplier scorecards and conduct formal business reviews with strategic suppliers.
• Own procurement master data and transactional discipline in the ERP; oversee POs and receipts.
