You will build and lead the procurement function, manage direct and indirect spend, and ensure supply continuity for depot and field service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8–12 years procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience in medical device HTM or regulated environment preferred.
• Direct experience with direct and indirect spend.

Responsibilities

• Own total company procurement spend across direct and indirect categories.
• Develop category strategies to reduce total cost of ownership while maintaining uptime.
• Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP events and negotiate terms.
• Manage supplier performance and scorecards.
• Develop and mentor the procurement team.
