Job summary

Highridge Medical LLC is seeking a seasoned Sourcing Manager to lead supplier selection, quotes, and cost reduction initiatives across direct and indirect materials.

The role requires at least 5 years in sourcing or commodity management, strong purchasing tools knowledge, and the ability to align sourcing with corporate objectives. Travel up to 30% is expected; you will partner with Suppliers, Marketing, Sales, Quality, Operations, Accounts Payable and Engineering to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of sourcing, planning, or commodity management experience.
• Strong understanding of Purchasing tools and best practices.
• Experience in Medical Device field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead competitive quoting processes and gather data for sourcing decisions.
• Develop and align sourcing strategies with corporate objectives.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
• Own quarterly business reviews and PPV analysis.
• Mitigate supply risks with contingency planning.
• Support New Product Introduction with strategic sourcing input.
