Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Portfolio Sales Specialist to develop and expand relationships with hospital clinicians, Supply Chain leaders, and IDNs across a defined US territory, driving growth and portfolio adoption. This field-based role requires delivering compelling product presentations, managing trials, and serving as a trusted clinical resource across infusion therapy, oncology, and specialty solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience with quota attainment.
• Medical device/healthcare sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling infusion therapy products or medical devices preferred.
• Established relationships with regional hospitals or IDNs valued.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel >50% and meet credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales quotas across infusion therapy, oncology, and specialty products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospital clinicians and supply chain professionals.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clinical and administrative audiences.
• Understand product portfolio, clinical applications, and competitive landscape.
• Provide consultative support and problem solving for customers.
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts and enter new departments.
• Coordinate product trials, evaluations, and implementations.
• Travel as required; participate in special projects.
