Portfolio Sales Specialist (Medical Device Sales + Infusion Therapy + Hospital Relationships + Territory Growth)
A bit about us

We are seeking a Portfolio Sales Specialist to develop and expand relationships with key decision-makers across hospitals and healthcare organizations. This field-based position is responsible for driving territory sales, expanding existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and serving as a trusted clinical and product resource for customers.

Why join us
  • High-impact healthcare sales role — represent products that directly support patient care and clinical workflows.
  • Established product portfolio — sell a broad range of clinically important medical products rather than a single solution.
  • Strong customer relationships — work directly with clinicians, hospital leadership, and Supply Chain decision-makers.
  • Territory ownership — take responsibility for developing and growing an assigned geographic territory.
  • Consultative sales environment — act as a clinical and product resource rather than simply taking orders.
  • Growth opportunities — expand existing hospital relationships while developing new accounts.
  • Cross-functional exposure — partner with regional leadership and internal teams to execute territory strategies.
  • Field-based autonomy — manage your schedule, customer relationships, and territory with significant independence.
  • Industry-leading environment — gain exposure to infusion therapy, oncology, critical care, and specialty healthcare solutions.
