MicroAire Surgical Instruments LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks a Buyer/Planner to optimize procurement and materials planning for medical devices. You will manage suppliers, balance cost and quality, and ensure continuous production in a GMP/ISO environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, ERP/MRP proficiency, and strong analytical and Excel skills, enabling effective supplier performance management and data-driven decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of supply chain experience or 5+ years in lieu of degree.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, qualify, develop, and manage suppliers to ensure continuous material supply.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery, and terms to support sourcing strategies.
• Create and manage purchase orders and supplier schedules.
• Utilize ERP systems to optimize inventory and service levels.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and suppliers to address nonconformances.
