MicroAire Surgical Instruments LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks a Buyer/Planner to optimize procurement and material planning for medical device manufacturing. You will manage supplier relationships, analyze supply chain performance, and ensure uninterrupted production while balancing quality, cost, and delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience with ERP/MRP planning and strong Excel skills; APICS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field with 3–5 years of supply chain experience or 5+ years in lieu of degree.
Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; strong Excel proficiency.
Experience with supplier performance management and strategic sourcing is preferred.

Responsabilités

Identify, qualify, and manage suppliers to ensure material supply meeting quality and production needs.
Negotiate pricing, delivery, and terms to support sourcing strategies and cost targets.
Maintain ERP planning and purchase orders; adjust supplier schedules as requirements change.
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and suppliers to address nonconformances and improvise actions.
Utilize data to improve supplier on-time delivery, cost variance, and inventory turns.
