Ascendis Pharma in Princeton, NJ seeks an Associate Director, Medical Affairs to join the Endocrine Medical Sciences team. This is a leadership role supporting the US Medical Director with phase 4 studies, registries, launch activities, and medical review of promotional materials.

The ideal candidate has a PharmD or PhD with 5–8 years total experience and at least 3 years in medical affairs, with expertise in rare endocrine disorders and strong communication and leadership skills.

Formación

• PharmD/PhD with 5–8 years total experience, including at least 3 years in medical affairs.
• Substantial knowledge of rare endocrine disorders is preferred.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as medical/scientific reviewer of promotional materials with cross-functional input.
• Support development of medical launch strategy and publications plan.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Legal, Regulatory, Clinical Development and other teams.
• Mentor and guide MSLs and therapeutically focused clinical personnel.
• Develop, review and provide medical information and education materials.
• Engage with KOLs, investigators and professional societies to gather external insights.
