Job summary

BarkleyOKRP is seeking a Planner (full-time, hybrid) to support the development of paid media recommendations. You will work with MissionOne Media and BarkleyOKRP client experience teams, gaining exposure to clients and leading plan development, media flowcharts, and analytics-driven communication.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Tactical Media Recommendations for clients and suggest channels and tactics.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams including client experience, activation, data & analytics, CRM, strategy, and finance.
• Develop media audiences using 3rd party syndicated tools to inform recommendations.
• Use competitive intelligence tools to report on investment trends in categories.
• Collaborate to evaluate audience, geographic, and media vendor data to optimize client plans.
• Flawlessly manage client media budget and create/update media flowcharts; obtain budget approvals.
• Support client billing with Finance to align invoices with planned spend.
• Stay current on industry trades to develop POVs for clients.
• Participate in weekly status calls and relay updates to internal teams.
• Assist in creating media reports by analyzing performance for trends.
• Learn media planning tools such as Vivvix, Pathmatics, SRDS, SQAD, Nielsen NMI/IMS.
• Other duties as needed.
