Neff, an award-winning branding, advertising and public relations agency in Old City, Philadelphia, seeks a strategic Media Buyer & Planner. You will develop and manage campaigns across all media platforms for a diverse client base, from education to technology.

Ideal candidates bring 2-4 years in media buying and planning, strong negotiation and client-facing experience, and collaboration with Creative, PR, and Social teams.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years experience in media buying, strategy and planning for digital, radio, out-of-home, print and television.
• 2+ years negotiating and analyzing buys for digital, out-of-home, radio, TV and print (agency or client facing).
• 2+ years experience working directly with clients and managing client expectations.
• Experience collaborating with Creative, PR, and Social Media teams.
• Extremely well organized and able to multi-task on multiple campaigns for a rapidly growing client base.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.
• Experience responding to RFPs and crafting media proposals for budgets ranging from $50,000 - $2,000,000.
• Ability to solicit and retain relationships with new media publishers via telephone and email.
• Professional, positive team player with a passion for media buying in a fast-paced environment.
• Pivot table experience is a plus.

• Develop, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns for diverse client roster across all media platforms.
• Collaborate with Creative, PR, and Social Media teams to align media strategy with client goals.
• Negotiate media buys and analyze performance to maximize ROI and meet budgets up to $2M.
• Respond to RFPs and craft compelling media proposals to win new business.
