Job summary

You will coach junior strategists, participate in hiring, and contribute to new business efforts while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across multiple brands.

• Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Trains junior-level Strategy team on tools and processes.
• Manages time and resources for direct reports.
• On-boards and trains new hires.
• Participates in formal development processes, including reviews.
• Nurtures and develops direct reports.
• Participates in PHM’s interviewing efforts.
• Prepares and compiles media plans and strategic presentations.
• Pulls through overall media strategy on deliverables.
• Ensures alignment with client needs and budgets.
