Townsquare Media Group in Buffalo, NY is seeking a results-driven Multi-Media Account Executive to drive new business across broadcast, digital and event sponsorships.

This full-time, in-office role offers uncapped earning potential, a comprehensive benefits package, and hands-on training from the leadership team to help you grow.

You'll prospect, qualify, and close deals, conduct needs assessments, and partner with internal teams to execute campaigns that boost clients' reach and ROI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• BA/BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients' reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
