DH Pace Company, a family-owned leader in door, docking and security products, seeks a Material Manager in Denver, CO. You will oversee the materials program, lead procurement strategies, manage inventory, and develop staff across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of up to five (5) years of related experience/training required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess an ability for technical software and applications; warehousing, material management, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support all aspects of the materials program for assigned markets.
• Develop and implement division strategic procurement sourcing and management; negotiate supplier contracts and build vendor relationships.
• Manage and analyze inventory through the procurement lifecycle; perform cycle counts and audits.
• Oversee parts, shop, and warehouse operations; maintain stock levels and improve efficiency.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage vendor performance to ensure competitive purchasing.
• Develop management staff through coaching, training, and development.
• Determine staffing levels and ensure compliance with policies.
• Oversee material replenishment for warehouse and satellite locations.
