Job summary

Kreate is seeking a Materials Manager in North Las Vegas to oversee daily inventory, procurement of materials, MRO and logistics for production, shipping and warehouse operations. You will ensure timely ordering, receipt, and availability of materials to support uninterrupted plant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics, or business.
• 5+ years in supply chain management, procurement, or manufacturing logistics.
• Proficiency with IQMS or similar ERP systems for inventory & procurement.
• Strong communication and organization with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with vendor relations and negotiation.
• Proactive problem-solving and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement with collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor daily inventory for Production and Shipping; ensure items are accounted for.
• Generate material lists and coordinate with Warehouse to transfer items to plant.
• Manage inventories for Shipping, Warehouse and Production; track POs.
• Request quotes, lead times, and pricing; generate POs for approval.
