• Ability to balance service, inventory and cost

• Experience managing supply disruptions and variability
• Continuous improvement mindset and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of demand, production, and materials planners
• Own the demand planning process including forecast development and alignment with Sales
• Translate demand forecasts into production and material plans
• Coordinate cross-functional planning (S&OP/IBP)
• Direct materials planning to support production schedules and inventory strategies
• Mitigate supply disruptions and optimize inventory levels
• Monitor metrics like forecast accuracy, inventory turns, on-time delivery and backlog
