Qualifications

• Strong analytical, business process analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production across product line areas to meet customer demand.
• Lead and mentor a team of planners responsible for material flow and inventory control.
• Establish performance metrics and use analytics to drive efficiency and cash flow.
• Coordinate engineering changes, line extensions, and new product launches.
• Facilitate production meetings and manage backlog and scheduling priorities.
