Job summary

Talentify in Carlstadt, NJ seeks a Materials Planner to oversee purchasing, supplier follow-up, and inventory planning using Oracle ERP. You will ensure product availability across warehouses, 3PLs, and Amazon channels, driving replenishment and data accuracy to meet customer demand.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing high-volume SKUs, and maintaining data integrity in Oracle MRP and related modules to prevent stock-outs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in planning, materials management, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience using Oracle ERP for purchasing, planning, and inventory management.
• Experience with 3PL warehouses, inbound/outbound logistics, and replenishment.
• Experience supporting Amazon inventory and fulfillment processes such as replenishment, Vendor Central, Seller Central, or similar marketplace operations.

Responsibilities

• Update and monitor purchase orders in Oracle ERP to ensure timely execution.
• Communicate with suppliers on lead times, open orders, delivery dates, and shipment status.
• Expedite materials and finished goods to support inventory availability and demand.
• Track open POs and escalate delays, shortages, or supplier risks to stakeholders.
• Resolve receipt, invoice, quantity, and supplier discrepancies with internal teams.
• Review demand, forecast, and inventory data to drive replenishment decisions.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners for inbound receipts, outbound shipments, and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor Amazon inventory levels and replenishment needs.
