Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
2-3+ years of experience in material planning, supply chain, purchasing, or manufacturing operations.
Experience in ERP systems (Oracle preferred; SAP or similar acceptable).
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, forecasting, and modeling.
Understanding of MRP, inventory control, and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

Maintain Clear-to-Build (CTB) status to ensure production readiness across the value stream.
Analyze demand signals and translate them into accurate material requirements.
Develop and maintain material forecasts based on production plans and historical usage.
Utilize Oracle ERP for material planning, purchase requisitions, inventory tracking, and data accuracy.
Initiate root cause analysis and continuous improvement in planning processes.
