Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, inventory control, or MRP.
• Ability to reconcile supply and demand and Validate master scheduling.
• Familiarity with ECOs and ECRs processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan production control, inventory control, process control, or MRP integrity.
• Maintain Oracle work order release schedule and reschedule/discrete jobs.
• Increase component availability by pre-shortage analysis and conduct variance analysis.
• Review MRP execution and ensure accuracy; reconcile supply and demand; validate scheduling and ECOs/ECRs.
• Participate in floor audits with Finance and provide status on material shortage dates.
• Adjust lead times on the manufacturing floor to reflect reality.
• Collaborate with engineers to manage materials for special projects and support shop floor control.
• Analyze usage data and stock levels to order parts and maintain plan-aligned inventory.
