Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Retail, Packaging, or Industrial Distribution inventory management experience.
• Detail-oriented with ability to analyze large data.
• Proficient with Excel; AS400 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read production schedules and inventory reports to determine availability, quantity, and priority.
• Ensure accuracy of on-hand inventory.
• Manage Open PO reports and push/pull POs in the plant.
• Coordinate with Warehouse on inbound status and notify management.
• Prepare and place POs for replenishment of inventory.
• Collaborate with vendors to expedite shipments and resolve issues.
• Work with freight carriers to assure on-time delivery and resolve invoicing.
• Manage Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCARs) and drive root-cause actions.
