Job summary

Mobis - HP in Michigan is seeking a logistics coordinator to support CUM, normal production, event parts management and monitoring. You will prevent shortages, monitor shipments, and coordinate load sheets and truck schedules with suppliers and customers.

The role requires strong communication, computer proficiency (MS Office and SAP/FCA portal preferred), and experience in inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and reporting KPIs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prevent customers’ parts/containers shortage as a top priority.
• Monitor CUM analysis and daily hot parts.
• Handle load sheet release, truck scheduling, and utilization.
• Expedite, extra truck orders, and cost analysis.
• Manage ASN/GR verification, DMR/RMA, and packing slips.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counting and stock transfers.
• Prepare KPI reports and monitor backlog and parts transfer.
