Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in materials management, preferably in automotive.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in materials management.
• CPIM, CPM, or APP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support departmental staff through training and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to manage inventory levels and demand.
• Oversee supplier relationships and performance metrics.
• Implement cost reduction initiatives in materials operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation.
