Xecutive Recruitment Inc. seeks a Materials Manager for our client in the Fremont, Indiana area to oversee materials strategy and execution across the North American Product BU.

You will lead inventory control, logistics, procurement, and post-launch support to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods. The role emphasizes staff development, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations and VA/VE initiatives to maximize value and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ managerial experience including financial/budget responsibility.
• Ability to lead and develop others through support, training, etc.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational direction for Materials activity in North American Product BU.
• Lead management of inventory levels, on-time shipments, and warehousing.
• Coordinate production/planning activities to meet departmental needs.
• Support VA/VE programs and supplier improvements post-launch.
