Job summary

Lower Colorado River Authority is seeking a detail-oriented Materials & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. You will coordinate material and logistics operations across facilities to optimize inventory management for our business units, traveling across our service territory as needed.

You will collaborate with field teams, suppliers, and project groups to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, while maintaining safety and integrity in all processes.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in logistics, materials planning, inventory control or warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Travel to various locations to perform duties.
• Coordinate deliveries with truck drivers and dispatchers.
• Provide material coordination for planning, procurement and receiving functions.
• Ensure vendor-procured materials are delivered to the appropriate location promptly and accountably.
• Document inventory, planning and procurement activities; create records and reports.
