Job summary

Advanced Containment Systems, Inc. is seeking a Materials Manager to plan and coordinate material flow across production, procurement, and logistics. You will ensure right materials are available on time, maintaining inventory accuracy and optimizing costs.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to reduce shortages, improve supplier performance, and support new product introductions with effective material planning. Strong ERP/MRP and Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years in materials management or related supply chain roles.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and ERP/MRP systems.
• Analytical problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop material plans to support production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and minimize excess inventory.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and audits.
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers on orders and delivery.
• Support production readiness and material availability.
• Identify improvements to material flow and costs.
