Material Coordinator

We are seeking a Material Coordinator to support critical construction, activation, and operational activities by ensuring materials are planned, tracked, received, and delivered efficiently to support project execution. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple teams to meet time-sensitive operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the efficient movement of materials from initial requirement through final delivery to end users.
• Review daily material requests and support non-recurring operational activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and material requirements using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems.
• Support forecasting, inventory control, and material availability to meet project and operational demands.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Transportation, and other cross-functional teams.
• Manage and expedite urgent shipments, receipts, and time-sensitive material requests.
• Analyze inventory positioning and identify opportunities to improve material flow and inventory accuracy.
• Validate planned orders, purchase requisitions, and production requirements.
• Assist with warehouse inventory operations and material readiness activities.
• Coordinate routing, scheduling, storage, and tracking of materials to ensure on-time delivery.
