Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. seeks a Corporate Materials Management Leader to develop and execute enterprise-wide strategies across warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, and transportation.

This role standardizes processes across manufacturing locations and drives continuous improvement to safety, productivity, and on-time delivery. The leader will optimize material flow from receiving to shipment, establish KPI-driven systems, and partner with Operations and Production to minimize shortages

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of progressive leadership in materials management, warehousing, and logistics.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience managing multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, control panels, automation, or related industries preferred.
• Proven success implementing warehouse and material flow improvements.
• Experience leading large teams and organizational transformation.
• ERP and WMS exposure with strong analytics and KPI discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, material handling, and outbound shipping.
• Develop standardized warehouse processes, procedures, and KPIs across all Panelmatic facilities.
• Optimize warehouse layouts, storage utilization, and material handling systems to support growth.
• Drive improvements in inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and warehouse productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Design and implement efficient material flow strategies from receiving through production and shipment.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to eliminate shortages and production interruptions.
• Develop logistics strategies to optimize freight costs, service levels, and transit performance.
• Oversee inbound/outbound material movements and receiving standards.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives across materials management.
