Overhead Door Corporation is seeking a Materials Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for purchasing, inventory, cycle counting, shipping and receiving, and material handling in a large build-to-order manufacturing environment.

You will lead a multi-level materials organization of over 35 team members and partner with site leaders to improve material flow, resolve constraints, and optimize inventory across the full lifecycle of materials and products.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a technical field.
• Minimum eight years in discrete-manufacturing planning, purchasing, materials management, or supply-chain operations with ERP/MRP.
• Two years of direct leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead purchasing, inventory control, material handling, receiving, warehouse movement, and shipping interfaces.
• Ensure material flow from raw materials to finished goods handoff to traffic and transportation partners.
• Build and sustain a high-performing materials function across salaried, technical, hourly, and entry-level roles.
• Align resources with production execution and customer commitments.
• Coordinate intercompany movement of materials to support production continuity and inventory optimization.
