Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5+ years in manufacturing-purchasing
• Proficiency in JD Edwards/Oracle purchasing and MRP
• Strong Excel, including lookups, pivots; Power Query/Power BI preferred
• Experience with metals, chemicals, or long-lead/high-volatility commodities
• RFQ management, sourcing awards, and supplier performance indicators
• Knowledge of price-break analysis, TCO, PPV, and物流 trade‑offs
• Strong open-order, expedite, RCCM, PDCA, communication and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for assigned categories
• Own end-to-end sourcing, RFQs, cost analysis, awards, and contract execution
• Conduct supplier quarterly business reviews and set KPIs
• Drive supplier corrective actions and manage performance improvement
• Develop multi-source, safety-stock, and expediting strategies for critical commodities
• Convert MRP/Kanban signals into on-time purchase orders and manage backorders
