Job summary

Haleon plc is seeking a Materials & Inventory Control Manager to optimize customer service levels and capacity planning across site resources. You will coordinate MRP, SAP-based planning, and third‑party manufacturing inputs to ensure timely materials flow and production scheduling.

The role drives continuous improvement, links finance and operations, and partners with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to hit performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Production Planning.
• Knowledge of ERP and SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a plan to ensure on-time materials and components availability and ship finished goods.
• Support commercial launches and transfers through planning and procurement of materials.
• Provide priorities across departments to meet customer service and financial goals.
• Evaluate and implement SAP system enhancements to maximize automated planning.
• Oversee production scheduling for maximum performance and capacity analysis.
• Maintain accuracy of production and inventory control systems and routing files.
