Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Materials Management Principal HTS to drive best practices in inventory control, planning, and governance across Industrial Automation sites. You will influence decisions, optimize workflows, and reduce costs while ensuring material availability.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director on a hybrid schedule, you will lead data integrity, SIOP enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration to support business objectives and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in materials management within industrial or manufacturing environments.
• 5+ years in materials planning systems and ERP software to analyze and manage inventory and procurement processes.
• 5+ years of experience using supply chain workflows, procurement strategies, and regulatory compliance related to materials handling.
• 3+ years of leading cross-functional collaboration and drive continuous improvement initiatives in materials management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in materials management and governance to ensure best practices.
• Analyze and optimize inventory strategies, procurement processes, and supply chain workflows to improve efficiency and cost performance.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Logistics to align material strategies with demand and priorities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement innovative solutions for materials management challenges.
• Develop, monitor, and report KPIs to support planning and executive leadership.
