Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in materials control.
• 3–5+ years of experience leading and developing teams in warehouse, shipping, and planning.
• Experience with KPI tracking to optimize efficiency and inventory turns.
• Strong ability to read Bills of Materials and collaborate with engineering on configurations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end materials management, inventory control, and logistics.
• Lead and develop planners, warehouse, and shipping personnel for high performance.
• Collaborate with Finance for physical inventories and obsolete inventory disposal.
