Job summary

Clorox is seeking a Materials Change Management Lead to provide leadership and technical expertise for upcoming material changes across the Supply Chain. You will coordinate with Project Managers, Planning, Procurement, and manufacturing locations to optimize forecasts, inventory, and lead times while reducing waste and aligning with the External Manufacturing network.

You will manage material changes for vertical startups and drive integration across the business unit, IBP processes, and MSM

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Supply Chain experience across multiple disciplines.
• BS/BA degree; MBA preferred.
• Experience in production planning, projects and manufacturing operations.
• Broad industry experience, preferably Consumer Packaged Goods.
• Knowledge of stage-gate processes; PM certification is a plus.
• Inventory management experience.
• Material management and material transitions experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and execute material impacts across the Supply Chain initiatives.
• Support site and project engagement through kick-offs, sessions and site meetings.
• Coordinate cross-functional change integration and update forecasts and SOPs.
• Support MSM and MM&P processes and own Change processes for MSM function.
• Partner with manufacturing locations to integrate changes across sites.
• Provide material updates to Supply Chain leadership and project teams.
• Reduce material waste and support new-material start-ups at locations.
• Collaborate with External Manufacturing network for total supply chain awareness.
• Establish material processes and lead times for vertical project start-ups.
• Provide early warning of impact to production plans within IBP processes.
• Support MSM and Materials Management & Planning efforts in the Cleaning BU.
