Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking a Materials Change Management Lead to drive material changes across the Supply Chain. You will coordinate with Planning, Procurement, PM, and manufacturing sites to integrate changes, optimize inventory, and manage MS&M processes.

Hybrid work arrangement is offered; 3 days onsite, 2 days remote. The role emphasizes reducing waste, improving D&D metrics, and coordinating with external manufacturing networks for effective change management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Supply Chain experience spanning more than one discipline.
• Experience in production planning, projects and manufacturing operations is preferred.
• Broad industry experience, preferably Consumer Packaged Goods.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and execute material impacts (30%): Analyze projected material impacts for Supply Chain initiatives across the BU.
• Support site and project engagement (30%): Attend project kick-offs and site meetings for upcoming initiatives.
• Cross-functional change integration (20%): Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, PM, and locations to integrate material planning.
• Support MSM and M&P processes (20%): Support MSM and Materials Management and Planning efforts; own Change processes for MSM.
• Collaborate with manufacturing locations to support integration of proposed changes across sites.
• Provide material updates to Supply Chain leadership and project teams.
