Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking a senior supply chain leader to drive end-to-end BU strategy, margin transformation, and innovation deployment. You will coordinate across Marketing, Sales, Engineering, R&D, and Finance to ensure optimal tradeoffs and execution excellence in a dynamic environment.

You will champion the FLIGHT Stage gate process, lead cost-savings programs, and partner with global teams to deliver value, resilience, and growth in the California area and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Lead BU supply chain strategy development and deployment.
• Represent end-to-end supply chain in innovation leadership forums.
• Develop supply options for new products and packaging in partnership with SMEs.
• Identify tradeoffs across speed, cost, service, and risk to optimize network fit.
• Synthesize input from Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics and Finance.
• Define assumptions and deliverables for Discovery through charter and beyond.
