Job summary

The Clorox Company seeks a Materials Change Management Lead to drive material changes across the supply chain. You will lead coordination with project managers, planning, procurement, and manufacturing sites to ensure seamless integration of proposed changes and optimised inventory levels.

Hybrid work arrangement; onsite 3 days a week and remote 2 days. You will manage forecasts, reduce waste, and align with the External Manufacturing network while supporting MSM and MM&P processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of supply chain experience across planning, procurement, manufacturing or logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus and preferred for leadership roles.
• Experience with production planning, projects and manufacturing operations is preferred.
• Strong inventory and material management knowledge across a consumer goods context.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and execute material impacts across the supply chain for BU initiatives.
• Coordinate site and project engagement with multiple stakeholders and locations.
• Integrate material planning into proposed changes and update forecasts and SOPs.
• Support MSM and Materials Management & Planning processes and own change management.
• Collaborate with External Manufacturing to ensure end-to-end supply chain alignment.
