Job summary

Arlon Graphics, LLC is seeking a skilled Buyer to drive procurement and planning of materials in support of production and customer shipments. You will build supplier relationships, manage inventory levels, and optimize stock to minimize obsolescence while controlling costs.

Responsibilities include developing actionable procurement plans, expediting deliveries, and collaborating with warehousing, product management, and quality to ensure on-time fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of procurement experience including purchasing and supplier management.
• Experience with inventory control and contract negotiation.
• Strong knowledge of MRP and supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop executable procurement plan aligned with production and shipments.
• Input POs, expedite deliveries, and verify transactions with domestic and international suppliers.
• Maintain stock levels and implement stocking strategies to meet targets.
• Collaborate with warehousing, logistics, and product management on forecasts.
• Provide KPI reports and supplier performance data.
