Supply Technologies LLC in Cleveland seeks a Buyer Planner to manage procurement and materials planning for on-time customer delivery, balancing quality and cost.

You will issue POs, review forecasts, maintain system data, and work with suppliers to resolve issues. We value detail orientation, teamwork, and strong Excel/ERP skills.

Competenze

• Associate degree in Business or Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Three years’ professional experience in materials planning, procurement, or demand planning.
• Experience with computerized ERP systems and proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in a distribution environment is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of material planning and inventory management.
• Attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, adapt to change, and work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and teamwork.

Mansioni

• For assigned portfolio of items, optimize inventory level across distribution centers and achieve on-time delivery goals.
• Issue purchase orders and work orders to support distribution plans and customer requirements; coordinate with suppliers for delivery and availability information.
• Review site-level demand forecasts by SKU and work with forecast analyst to ensure forecast accuracy.
• Maintain accurate system data, such as bills of material, purchase costs, lead times, etc.
• Resolve supplier invoice discrepancies and coordinate disposition of non-conforming material.
