• Monitor supplier performance across quality, cost, delivery and service levels.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers focusing on total value and cost efficiency.
• Prepare rolling forecasts to prevent raw material bottlenecks.
• Assess procurement workflows to improve efficiency in chemical/material management.
