Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Material Scheduler in the United States to procure components for new product introductions and ongoing production. You will analyze SAP MRP, release POs, maintain inventory levels, and collaborate with operations, warehouse, quality, and production planning.

Required: BS/BA, 3+ years in pharmaceutical material planning/procurement, SAP experience; CPIM or Six Sigma preferred. Salary range posted with benefits, including 401(k) and parental leave, and a discretionary bonus

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of direct production material planning/procurement experience in a pharmaceutical environment preferred.
• CPIM certification and Six Sigma belt are preferred.
• Strong experience with SAP and MRP processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze SAP MRP to ensure components are available to meet planned production demand.
• Provide data to change control SME for new/alternative materials and supplier changes.
• Release purchase orders to approved suppliers in a timely manner.
• Maintain PO data and supplier performance metrics for scorecards.
• Coordinate shipment routing for packaging components and ensure inventory accuracy.
