Job summary

Bosch Rexroth in Pineville, NC is seeking a Material Planner to ensure material availability, manage inventory, and coordinate supply with Purchasing, Suppliers and Production. You will maintain planning master data and drive continuous improvements in planning processes. Strong SAP PP/MM experience and analytical skills are required.

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in SCM, operations, industrial engineering, business or related field.
3–5 years in materials planning, production planning or supply chain in manufacturing.
Strong SAP PP/MM experience; Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure material availability by analyzing MRP results and balancing demand vs. supply.
Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages and excess stock.
Coordinate supply execution with purchasing, suppliers, and production.
Maintain planning master data (lead times, lot sizes, safety stock, forecast parameters).
Resolve supply risks and exceptions (expedite, reschedule, recovery actions).
Focus on optimization; drive continuous improvements in material planning processes.
