The Material Planner at Robert Bosch Group will manage procurement of raw materials, inbound goods, and supplier contracts, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely deliveries. You will coordinate with product planners, production planning, and the receiving area to optimize supply chain performance.

Requires 3+ years in material planning or supply chain, strong ERP (SAP) and Excel skills, and knowledge of lean manufacturing.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business or Equivalent field.
• Minimum 3 years in material planning, procurement, or supply chain roles.
• In-depth knowledge of inventory management, demand forecasting, and lean manufacturing.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and expert-level Excel for data analysis.
• Experience in order management and production planning is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Procure raw materials, semi-finished goods and trade goods.
• Manage stock levels within targeted ranges.
• Serve as the main contact for external and internal suppliers.
• Maintain master data within area of responsibility.
• IT-system based demand planning and transmission of orders to suppliers.
• Track deliveries and coordinate actions with suppliers, planners, production planning, and receiving area.
• Act as a general contact for purchasing and handle escalations or supplier evaluations.
• Coordinate in supply shortfalls and allocations.
• Collaborate on projects and procurement-related tasks.
• Manage returns and define Kanban cycles with suppliers.
