Job summary

鴻海精密工業股份有限公司 is seeking a skilled Supply Chain professional to manage CTB processes, inventory control, and cross-functional planning. The role focuses on ensuring material availability, data accuracy for CTB reporting, and collaboration across demand planning, manufacturing, and procurement to optimize stock and working capital.

The candidate will drive E&O reduction, monitor aging inventory, and support executive decision-making with routine reports and KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage complex data and multiple variables.
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate raw material availability and ensure CTB data accuracy to support production schedules.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to review CTB readiness and mitigate shortages.
• Oversee aging inventory, scrap, RTV, and disposition to minimize carrying costs.
• Lead E&O data collection and risk analysis to identify slow-moving stock.
• Monitor inventory health and optimize stock buffers to meet demand and cash flow.
• Collaborate with demand planning, manufacturing, and procurement to create robust supply plans.
• Participate in S&OP meetings to align demand and supply plans.
• Manage cross-factory material transfers and support multiple projects.
• Prepare KPI dashboards and ad-hoc analyses for executive decisions.
