Job summary

The candidate will drive E&O reduction, monitor aging inventory, and support executive decision-making with routine reports and KPI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate raw material availability and ensure CTB data accuracy to support production schedules.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to review CTB readiness and mitigate shortages.
• Oversee aging inventory, scrap, RTV, and disposition to minimize carrying costs.
• Lead E&O data collection and risk analysis to identify slow-moving stock.
• Monitor inventory health and optimize stock buffers to meet demand and cash flow.
• Collaborate with demand planning, manufacturing, and procurement to create robust supply plans.
• Participate in S&OP meetings to align demand and supply plans.
• Manage cross-factory material transfers and support multiple projects.
• Prepare KPI dashboards and ad-hoc analyses for executive decisions.

SUMMARY

CTB management, raw material inventory control, aging stock / E&O disposal

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES ( Describe major responsibilities of this position.)

CTB (Clear to Build) Management & Reporting

• Coordinate raw material availability and ensure 100% data accuracy for regular CTB reporting to support production schedules.
• Lead regular cross-functional alignment meetings with F1 MPM (Material Program Management) and OPS (Operations) to review CTB readiness and proactively mitigate component shortages.

Inventory Control & E&O (Excess & Obsolete) Optimization

• Oversee raw material aging inventory control, driving scrap, return-to-vendor (RTV), and disposition processes to minimize carrying costs.
• Lead E&O data collection, financial reviews, and risk analysis to identify slow-moving stock and minimize write-offs.
• Monitor inventory health levels and maintain optimal stock buffers to satisfy customer demand targets while optimizing working capital.

Supply Planning & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with demand planning, manufacturing, and procurement teams to develop, validate, and execute robust supply plans.
• Participate in cross-functional Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, communicating effectively to drive consensus on demand and supply plans.

Inter-Site Logistics & Ad Hoc Operations

• Manage and execute cross-factory material transfers to support multiple manufacturing projects seamlessly.
• Prepare routine management reports, KPI dashboards, and ad-hoc analytical deep-dives to support executive decision-making and operational improvements.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

2. WORK EXPERIENCE-

1~3 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or related supply chain functions
Strong knowledge of supply planning tool SAP to manage and optimize inventory and supply plans
