Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of material planning, inventory analysis, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of inventory management, demand forecasting, material availability, and shortage tracking.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, including proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with inventory cycle counts, reconciliation, and excess/obsolete material management.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional work.
• Ability to work onsite in Milpitas, CA.

Responsibilities

• Analyze material requirements, production schedules, and forecasts to ensure availability.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify shortages and risks.
• Track inventory metrics and support improvements in accuracy.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Planning, Warehouse, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Support cycle counts, reconciliation, and corrective actions.
• Generate reports on inventory trends and material performance using Excel.
• Review POs and demand fluctuations to maintain supply coverage.
• Analyze excess/obsolete inventory and suggest cost-saving strategies.
• Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Support continuous improvement of material planning processes.
