Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience.
• 7–8 years in material/logistics management.
• Knowledge of FAA/TC regulations.
• Strong budgeting and accounting understanding.
• AS9100/9120 knowledge.
• Process improvement using Six Sigma.
• Leadership and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee material logistics operations and team performance.
• Hire/fire, disciplinary actions, and professional development.
• Monitor monthly profit and loss to stay within budget.
• Report cost analysis and project timelines to the Director.
• Drive strategic initiatives to improve bottom line and materials governance.
• Lead team to achieve high inventory accuracy and availability.
• Support Excellence in BOE and regulatory compliance.
